Is there a setup fee? +
No. There are no setup fees on any plan — you can be live and taking bookings within a week of signing up.
Do you take a cut of my bookings? +
No. TargetBooker charges a flat monthly fee per venue. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so you keep what you earn (minus standard Stripe processing fees).
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes. There are no long-term contracts — every plan can be cancelled at any time.
What happens if I go over my plan's participant limit? +
You're not cut off — extra participants are simply billed at your plan's overage rate (£0.60/participant on Standard, £0.50 on Growth, £0.30 on Premium). If you're regularly going over, moving up a plan works out cheaper than paying the overage. Enterprise has no limit at all.
Do all plans get the same features? +
Yes. Every feature — booking, payments, waivers, accounting, discount codes, gift cards, email automations and custom branding — is available on every plan. Plans only differ by usage limits (participants, activities, emails and storage).
Do you offer a free trial? +
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up so your venue keeps running the moment the trial ends, but nothing is charged until day 14. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged at all. After the first payment, you're billed on that same day every month.
