The moment payment clears, an automated confirmation email is sent from your venue's address with the booking details. Your team sees the new booking land in the admin dashboard immediately.
Waivers get signed before arrival
Each participant receives a link to complete and sign a digital disclaimer ahead of their visit. Signed waivers are stored against the booking, so reception can check who's covered at a glance instead of handing out clipboards.
